November 7, 2025 – Organized by Nomadic Ventures and hosted by Clean Economy Project, the Big Blue Tech team was honored to be included in the invite-only event. During the day-long session, BBT was ushered around DC to meet with congressional staffers, US DOE leadership, and other critical mineral political influencers. Special thanks to Batchimeg Ganbaatar, Cristina Shoffner, & Rep. Young Kim.
Notably, the US Department of Energy articulated exciting new programs and directives related to critical minerals. Magnesium metal is the only metal with a ‘high’ ranking for criticality. Therefore, Big Blue Technologies’ mission and aims align with US government objectives for critical mineral independence.
